Inside Sales Specialist
Responsible for aftermarket coverage of nearly 1500 installed IBM i customers. IBM i, Windows and VMWare background necessary. Must be able to develop and initiate marketing and sales campaigns across the customer set. Ability to manage telesales, direct marketing mail and email techniques. Will need to develop industry specific skills and partner closely with software development and support organizations. The candidate must demonstrate a clear ability to partner across organizations and companies in the delivery of customer solutions. Some outside travel to key events during the year.
